Exquisite Pair of Brass Mastercraft Chairs USA 1960s Sculpturally designed by the Mastercraft Company in the 1960's with inspiration from English Chinoiserie. Framing is fashioned entirely in brass with a faux bamboo motif and "yoke" effect which is indicative of early Chinese Dynasty designed chairs. The same applies to the wide seats and the angular back legs. Looking closely at the various patterns one can find additional influences such a Greco-Roman.
